Membership includes four annual events, consistent small-group connection, and ongoing experiences designed to support leadership, faith, and stewardship.
Our two main gatherings focus on strengthening marriage and family while cultivating wealth and legacy with purpose. Through thoughtfully curated experiences, we create space for deep connection, alignment, and lasting transformation that extends far beyond the gathering itself.
One annual business behind-the-scenes three-day tour each year. We will go behind the scenes inside businesses led by the top Christian organization owners and leaders in the world! We will learn from their like-minded leaders the key secrets to success.
The Power Hour is a high-impact virtual experience featuring exceptional speakers who pour into our members in one of our eight pillars, equipping them with practical insight and faith-filled perspective for real life and leadership.
A Solution Sprint is a structured 4–6 week experience that combines expert guidance, peer working sessions, and practical resources to help members make meaningful progress on a defined business or leadership priority.
Members are assigned to “Iron Sharpens Iron” Pod groups that are smaller gender- specific groups of 15 members each. Pods meet regularly to create space for deeper conversation, practical implementation, prayer, and accountability.
A three-day immersive experience featuring guided backstage access, meaningful time with speakers, and powerful leadership teaching. Experience exclusive relational dinners that are designed to strengthen your leadership and calling as you influence others with intention.

The Spring Gathering focuses on leadership and impact, shaping how you lead in business, at home, and within your sphere of influence. Through immersive teaching, honest dialogue, and shared experiences, members are challenged to lead with clarity, conviction, and with a vision for Kingdom Impact.

The Winter Gathering centers on wealth creation and stewardship, personally and in business, with a focus on defining your financial freedom number, creating margin, and building generational impact. Through intentional conversations around exits, passive income, and alignment, members reshape how wealth is built and leveraged for Kingdom purpose and long-term legacy.
